Second module, 45hrs of 135hrs. Each module is 3 weeks. This module discusses in depth the ins and outs of a brokerage operations. Teaching agents on how to properly operate their own brokerage while abiding by the Maryland Real Estate Laws & Regulations for Real Estate Brokers.

Third module, 45hrs of 135hrs. Each module is 3 weeks. This module breaks down the knowledge needed by real estate brokers who conduct real estate investment transactions, including commercial real estate.

Back to the Basics
This module is back to the basics on the principles & practices of real estate. Also focusing on the Broker’s perspective of the content including what will be covered on the National Portion of the State Licensing Exam.
Module 2:
Brokerage Operation
This module discusses in depth the ins and outs of a brokerage operations. Including Brokerage Operations while abiding by the MD Real Estate Laws & Regulations for Brokers.
Module 3:
Commercial & Investing
This module breaks down the knowledge needed by real estate brokers who conduct real estate investment transactions, including commercial real estate.

Nope! You do not need to take the modules in order. Just as long as you attend all 3 modules within 1 year.
Yes, the textbook cost is included in the price. Module 1 is the only module that required a textbook. Module 2 & 3 contains handouts & worksheets.
Students should be able to take their PSI exam within 2 weeks after completion once they have completed the following steps.
PSI Registration: For Broker applicants: You are required to provide verification of completion of the required pre-license education.

Must be mailed directly to PSI at 3210 E Tropicana, Las Vegas, NV 89121 before you will be authorized to take this examination. (Note: emails of these documents are NOT accepted). Once PSI receives the proper documentation, allow up to 2 weeks for processing. Upon approval, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to pay and schedule for the examination.
For the Live on Zoom: Yes. Students are required to have their cameras on during class times, they may take them off during breaks. Students are expected to respect the course & attend as if this class was in-person, in a classroom. (ie: no laying in bed, no driving during class or being driven, etc.) The classes are monitored and any violation can result in a lack of credit for the class and/or termination from the program.
Yes, in order to meet the 135hr prelicensing requirement for MD Real Estate Brokers, you will need to attend all 3 modules.
The course is Online through Zoom with a Live Instructor. Our courses are interactive & engaging for the students to receive a solid understanding of the material being taught. Breaks are also given periodically to ensure the comfortability of our students & instructors.

For Live on Zoom: Yes. Students must attempt to attend every session.
A student may miss up to a maximum of 10 hours of class. All hours must be made up within three months after the scheduled completion date of the class in which the student was originally enrolled. Students may make up the missed class hours at no additional cost in the next available class or scheduled
make-up day, subject to space and prior approval by the school.
