Upon completion of this course, students will have an in-depth understanding of buyer’s rights, seller’s obligations, and licensee’s responsibilities under Maryland’s Single Family Residential Property Condition Disclosure Law (§10-702 of the Real Property Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland), and its application to the Maryland and GCAAR Residential Sales Contracts.
