The Process of How to Complete a Rental Transaction in Maryland This is not a mandatory course, but it offers licensees an alternative in meeting up with the 15-hour Continuing Education requirement for renewal. In addition to the elective CE credit, this course offers the professional skills and training needed, especially for newer agents entering the real estate field.
