Upon successfully completing this course, each student will be able to perform the following: Understand Maryland’s Recordation, Local, and State Transfer Taxes in the Maryland Realtors and GCAAR Residential Sales Contracts, and the exemption for First-Time home buyers pursuant to Section 14-104(c) of the Real Property Article, Annotated Code of Maryland.
