I completed the DC Fair Housing course today, July 14, 2021 with Chris Sinanan. This was my first ZOOM class with Tristar Academy. I really enjoyed the course and found it to be very informative. Chris was successful in getting the participants involved in the discussions through his method of having the attendees read sections and providing comments. The course content was thorough and enhanced by the videos of various scenarios on DC Fair Housing violations. Regina Wood

If you are looking for a class to teach you the ins and outs of Short Sale, this is the class for you. With today's market, learning different aspects of how to gain listings, engage buyers and communicate with lenders is crucial. This class is fun, enjoyable, interactive and full of valuable information. I appreciate the vast array of knowledge, expertise and willingness to share present and past deals that shows creditability in this area of real estate. You won't go wrong in registering for this class.
Excellent class, all my questions were answered. There was a lot of substance and knowledge given. I feel the zoom classes format were very interactive, and help us share different materials for specific topics something that in a regular class it is limited to just listening to the teacher. Great format I hope this can continue on as society becomes more digital.

I enjoyed MDLegislative Update Class. The instructor was engaging and very knowledgeable of the subject matter.
Chris made sure the class kept moving at all times and made the class interesting. Cited examples of scenarios to give us a better understanding the laws. I would take a class with Chris again.
