To be eligible to become a licensed real estate salesperson or agent in the state of Maryland, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old in the state of MD (Can be different in other states)
- Have legal US residency
- Complete the required 60-hr pre-license education
- Pass the state real estate license examination at PSI Testing Center
Our Real Estate Prelicensing for Salespersons Courses are reasonably priced at $305.00 USD.

Students may add-on for $50 for an additional Exam Prep Practice textbook. This textbook contains 500 practice questions to help ours students prepare even more for the state licensing exam. Many of our students add-on this textbook upon registration to opt-in for free shipping.
The Real Estate Prelicensing for Salespersons Course is a total of 60-hours. This is the state requirement in order to be eligible to take the state licensing exam.
You can complete the 60-hour course in one of the following convenient schedules;
- 2-Week Daytime (Monday – Friday | 9AM – 4PM)
- 5-Week Weekends (Saturdays & Sundays | 9AM – 4PM)
- 7-Week Evening (Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays | 6:30PM – 9:30PM)
Coming Soon: Students may also take these courses on a Self-Pace format in which they can log in on their own time to complete the course at their own pace.
