How the CE Pass Works

Step 1: Purchase your $99 CE Pass anytime before December 31, 2025. You'll receive confirmation and your pass will be added to your Tristar Academy account.

Step 2: Starting January 1, 2026, register for live Zoom CE classes. Choose from our Maryland continuing education schedule; bundles or individual courses. Your pass covers 15 hours of any MD real estate CE courses.

Step 3: Complete your continuing education and renew your license with confidence. We report your hours to the Maryland Real Estate Commission. You're done.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Open to Maryland-licensed real estate agents. Limit one (1) CE Pass per person.

Purchase Window: CE Pass must be purchased anytime before December 31, 2025.

Validity Period: CE Pass is valid for course registrations from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027. Pass expires December 31, 2027 regardless of remaining balance.

What's Included: Pass covers up to 15 hours of live Zoom continuing education courses offered by Tristar Academy, including bundles and individual courses.

What's Not Included: Self-paced online courses are not included. Pass may only be redeemed for live Zoom instruction.

Existing Registrations: Pass cannot be applied to courses you are already registered for. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for existing registrations.

No Refunds: All CE Pass sales are final. No refunds under any circumstances.

Non-Transferable: Pass is tied to the purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person.

What does the $99 CE Pass include?

Does this work for first-time renewals?

Yes. Whether it's your first Maryland license renewal or your fifteenth, the pass covers your full 15-hour CE requirement.

Can I use this for self-paced online courses?

No. The CE Pass is valid only for live Zoom classes with Tristar Academy. Self-paced courses are not included.

When can I purchase the pass?

When can I start using my pass?

Your pass is valid for course registrations beginning January 1, 2026.

When does the pass expire?

December 31, 2027. Any unused hours expire on that date.

Can I buy more than one pass?

No. Limit one CE Pass per person.

I'm already registered for an upcoming Zoom class. Can I apply this pass to that registration?

No. The CE Pass applies to future course registrations only. Existing registrations cannot be refunded or exchanged for pass credit.

Can I transfer my pass to someone else?

No. Passes are non-transferable and tied to the purchaser.

What's the refund policy?

All CE Pass sales are final. No refunds.
