Course objectives:

Upon successfully completing this course, each student will understand the numerous contract Addenda associated with the MR Residential Contract of Sale, and apply such Addenda properly to the specifics of the transaction.

This class supplements the 3-hour MR Residential Contract of Sale class previously approved by MREC.
